Hello!
I've followed the written instructions for "How to Export Videos Individually" three times, but each time, I get stuck here:
Once the export and download is complete, there will be TWO folders in your “Downloads” folder: “[Project Name].tar” and “[Project Name]” Your individual videos will be in the the “non-tar” folder:
There is no "non-tar" folder. Only the tar file. I've tried setting my Chrome browser to download to the desktop and to the downloads folder. Neither option worked. Only the .tar file shows up. When I click on that, it plays back the Violin 1 video (The project is for 4 violins). I'm happy to have this individual video, but where did the other three videos go???
By the way, I was able to export the video of all parts together, using the "Export Audio/Video" button. That worked fine. I just can't seem to get the individual videos to export.
Thank you for looking into this!

Hi, thanks for reaching out. It seems like there was an error in the tutorial. It sounds like the app is working as intended: export individual videos should produce a single .tar file. Your videos should be within the exported .tar file once extracted. The steps needed to extract the files from the tar file will vary based on your operating system: Windows: Download and install 7-Zip, then you should be able to right-click on the tar file and select something to the effect of "Extract Here" Mac: It sounds like double clicking on the tar file should start the extraction process
Does this work for you?
Sorry for the confusion. We will fix the tutorial.

Reading back over your question, it sounds like maybe you already opened the tar file as an archive and found only a single file?

To verify: On your "Export" page is the number of silhouettes shown in the preview the expected number of videos (4)?
For example the following screenshot shows 24 silhouettes.
Thanks for the additional information.
