I have a student (student A) that created a project using the free version (still waiting on funding to purchase a subscription). She's the one that initiated the project collaboration, and the issue she's having is that her partner's (student B) video doesn't (which was recorded first) isn't showing up at all on student A's record page. I checked, and she said the project was created and the first video was recorded in collaboration mode. Any ideas?

Here are the possibilities:
1) one or the other videos was not saved (this could be determined by looking in the Drive folder and seeing if the video appears in the Main Project folder [in which case the video was saved], OR if the video appears in the "incoming" folder [in which case the video was not saved];
2) one or the other student is viewing recordings in a mode other than the mode in which the video was saved. For example, Student A is looking for Student B recording in Reference mode, but Student B recorded in Collaboration mode.
