I get this when I do my mega export. I am in Firefox when exporting. I can't put in a tech help request because your form is blocked on my school's server and they won't change the settings so I can access it.

Hello, thank you for resharing the image, I can see it just fine now. Here are some questions:
1) have you ever mega exported successfully? Or does this error happen every time you have attempted export? 2) at what point do you receive the error message? Have the videos finished their render play-through, or does the error occur as soon as you direct CL to begin the export? 3) do you receive the same error message you when attempt a normal (non-mega) export?

1- I have never exported successfully with mega export. 2- I get the error after the message that it may sound strange when exporting comes up. 3- I have been able to export with the regular export

This is the message I have gotten before with any pieces I have tried to mega export. I logged off and back on and it still gives me this error.

Hello again. After some checking, we are able to reproduce the error. This error message occurs when you have not yet assigned groups. You must use 'groups' in order to do a mega export. You can watch the tutorials below to understand how to do this. If these tutorials are not illuminating, you can first watch the 3-part series on 'How to Use Cyborg Llama with a Large Ensemble" available on the tutorial page of the website. How to Assign Groups (part I)How to Assign Groups (part II)

Thanks. I was able to do the export after assigning groups. However, it took almost an hour to mega export and it was a blank screen with only my reference tracks playing.

Hello.
A long export is not necessarily unexpected - video render is an extremely high processing process and export does require multiple playthroughs of different combinations of videos to achieve the best result. Are there other factors that make you think an hour render time is unreasonable (ex. number of videos rendered, length of recording, etc)?
I want to clarify what you mean by 'blank screen with only my reference tracks playing'. By 'blank' do you mean 'black', or do mean just the absence of video (and the space where the video is expected is not necessarily black)?
Additionally, we would like to know more about the circumstances. Do you mean:
a) export produced a completely blank .webm file with only the audio from reference tracks? (This is unexpected CL behavior) b) there was a portion of the export process which included a blank, video-less screen with only audio playing (This is expected, normal CL behavior) c) export produced a MOSTLY blank, video-less .webm file with only the audio (and video, when video is present) from reference tracks?
To clarify: If no recordings were included in Collaboration Mode besides the auto-populating reference tracks, then yes, the only videos that will export are the reference tracks. Mega export will export ALL current saved videos from Collaboration Mode from each of the groups assigned. In other words, the videos that are visible in Collaboration Mode in each of the groups will be included in mega export.

My export produced a completely blank .webm file with only the audio from the reference track. I can see all of the videos in my google drive but they are not in any folder. Should they be in a certain folder to show up in the mega export?

Hello.
Please confirm that by 'blank', you mean 'absence of video, but not black' or if by 'blank' you mean 'black'.
Location of files in the Google Drive has nothing to do with mega export.
Please attach screenshots from Collaboration Mode from each of your 'Groups' you have assigned to the project. Please also attach a screenshot from Reference Mode. Please include the entire app screen in your screenshot, except please crop out your email address.

I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong. I assigned the groups after students had recorded so I had to go and put them in using the files they recorded. I exported it and was able to watch it but I can't find where it saved to.
