Two of my students, who were successfully using Cyborg Llama a week ago, are getting the error message: Your browser is having trouble loading Cyborg Llama. Please restart your browser, and if the problem persists, update your browser.
Both students 1. restarted their Chrome browser 2. updated their Chrome browser
And they still can get into my project. What should I do?

Hello,
By "And they still can get into my project" do you mean that they CANNOT get into your project?
If your students are receiving the "Your browser is having trouble loading Cyborg Llama" error but they still are able to get into the project, that indicates that the internet connection is unstable. This error appears after 10 seconds of loading time, which usually means that the browser/device is incompatible. However, a bad internet connection that delays loading for longer than 10 seconds can also trigger this error.
If your students are receiving the "Your browser is having trouble loading Cyborg Llama" error but they CANNOT get into the project, this issue can be solved by updating Chrome or by restarting Chrome. Since your students have reported trying these things already, you might want to clarify with them what they mean by 'restart' and 'update'.
You might also want to check that they are using the same device that they were using last week when they used CL successfully (and have not switched to using an incompatible device). That is the only thing I can think of to check that there has been a misunderstanding about the directions. Restarting and/or updating the browser will solve the problem on a compatible device.
