Good morning- I have a student who recorded in collaboration mode under a project and the recording has been loading for a long time...over a day. Anyone have ideas on what she is doing wrong?

Hello Kirsten,
That is an awful long time to be loading! There is an entry on "infinite loading time" on the troubleshooting page of the website. Your student could check some things from that entry to see if they help.
However, if the student has already clicked "Clicked to Save" and the loading page appeared afterwards, the recording has saved and it is safe to navigate away from the page.
