Greetings!
I'm finalizing my project, which is two groups of 4 to 5 players each. I'm concerned because I'm noticing some serious, intermittent distortion in the audio, especially the more instruments that are joining in. Sometimes adjusting the volumes helps, sometimes not.
Is there anyway to deal with this BEFORE I do my Mega-export??
Thanks!!

Hello, Distortion is certainly frustrating. The first step in troubleshooting is to identify whether the distortion is present on individual recordings: 1) Could you verify that distortion is NOT present on the individual recordings? You can do this by going into your Drive and opening up the individual video files and listening back to each of them. If distortion is present on individual recordings, then the musicians who made those recordings will need to troubleshoot their recording devices. There is advice how to do this on the troubleshooting page of the website. In particular, there is a section of the troubleshooting page of the website that lists steps to take to address "clicking" and "popping" sounds on your recordings. It is under the heading "Recording Problems" and "There is 'clicking'/'popping' in my recording." Please report back if you need help thinking of further troubleshooting.

Looks like the distortion went away as I adjusted the volume levels. One more question:
When I do the Mega export is my file still saved on the site? In other words, can I do more than one export of my project?
Thanks!!

Hello,
We're glad the distortion issue is resolved.
Yes, projects can be exported multiple times.
