While getting mic and vid set up I created a half dozen or so recordings that show up on my page when I log in. These are just rough files and are unwanted, but I haven't been able to find a way to delete them. Any help would appreciated.
Update: I found the answer in the general discussion section of the forum.

I don't understand the instructions on removing a part from within a project. It seems that the instructions (which I can't manage to do, they don't seem to work) only remove the recordings and not the part. I want to record 3 windows - one of me playing the student's part, one of me playing the harmony part, then one window for the student to record their part,and then after the student has recorded their part I want to delete/remove/eliminate the window where I am playing the student part so we are left with a video with only 2 windows. Is this possible?

Hello Sarah. You are correct that "Remove" recording removes the recording, not the part. You cannot eliminate parts. However, you can export the project as you describe by using "Assemble Group". Here is the tutorial for Assemble Group. This will allow you to select only the student part and harmony part for export. |

These directions are SUPER HELPFUL! However, for the life of me, I cannot find the "assemble" button/tab/feature once I select my project. Any help to get me to that step would be great! Thanks!

Hello Tim, Thanks very much for the question - the "Assemble" feature went through some other iterations and just recently became useable to projects that haven't assigned "Groups", BUT we had forgotten to go back and make the function visible so that "group-less" projects would be able to make use of the feature. That is our fault. "Assemble" is now visible under the "Gear" icon on the recording page:  |
