Hello there, I'm coaching a student piano trio and they captured a pretty good recording. After nudging the parts a bit all three were synced through a 9'30" recording, when viewing directly in the CL app. I exported the file (it took about 5 hours with my laptop connected via ethernet cable) and watched it using VLC. It starts out fine, but around the 4'20" mark the audio and the video become increasingly un-synced (the video lags behind the audio about a 2 seconds by the end). Just wondering if anyone had a similar problem or a fix? I had a couple of download interruptions that might be the cause (screen saver, etc.). But I hesitate to endure another 5 hour download...

Hi Derek,
We're sorry there's trouble in your export.
Screen savers can interrupt the download process and cause the errors that you describe. You can change your system settings so that the screensaver will not come on and interrupt the process so that these errors do not occur in the future.
However, we cannot be certain that this was what caused the error. If you like, you can share the project with us and we will export it for you.

Thanks for reporting the problem and sharing the project for us to take a look at.
For those that are following this thread, although screensavers CAN cause errors in the export process such as those described, in this case, there was an actual error in the program.
There was a peculiar floating point error in this export that we were able to fix. Furthermore, updates have been made to prevent similar errors in the future.
The issue is resolved and will not occur for other users.
