I have a student who, when he is trying to calibrate his headphones, finds the select your audio devise completely blank with no options presented?

Hi,
This is strange. In order to help can you answer a couple of questions?
1) Just to make sure, the entire drop-down list is empty? Additionally, is it completely empty, or does it contain a single item that is blank?
2) Is the "Video Device" drop-down list empty as well?
3) Has your student tried continuing to calibrate and use the app with the "Audio Device" being blank?

I just wanted to add that when I have seen no devices in the drop-down menus before it is because the browser does not have permission to the microphone/camera. This has happened at both the browser-level permissions as well as the OS-level permissions. You can have your student do the troubleshooting steps lunchbox suggests, but also add in just checking that the browser and OS have permission to access the microphone
