Fellas - I tried to patiently follow the troubleshooting steps laid out in your guide. Trust me when I say I have tried literally everything. I deleted chrome, updated to latest, cleared cookies and cache and everything in between. Restarted my pc. Updated to MacOS Big Sur. However, no matter the computer I am unable to connect to your web app. I am able to bypass the broken authorization system by logging in with incognito mode, and am able to login. I grab the following error from the console: Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to read the 'localStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document. at Bootstrap.getStored (BootstrapScript.js:10:26) at Bootstrap.fetchData (BootstrapScript.js:86:23) at Bootstrap.fetchStaticContent (BootstrapScript.js:110:15) at Bootstrap.run (BootstrapScript.js:120:9) at bootstrap (BootstrapScript.js:134:4) at https://n-kog5zuj4eghnluxnqixp4mvd6c43sljbmihq74y-0lu-script.googleusercontent.com/userCodeAppPanel:3:5 I'm at risk of literally not being able to participate in the winter concert if your software continues to fail. In addition, I've already seen this thread in which you suggest that it is simply the quality of the internet connection - but this is problematic for a couple of reasons. It should be reasonable for customers of Cyborg Lllama without high speed connections to be able to download assets even if connection drops because there are no live streams happening. Similar to how youtube buffers a video. Please advise me on how to not jeopardize my entire semester worth of hard work and resolve these issues as quickly as possible. I really want to like your software, it seemed cool. Attachments:

Hello, We're terribly sorry that you are running into problems and have become frustrated. We are happy to help you resolve the issue: The error you are encountering suggests that you have third party local storage disabled within your browser. You mention Incognito Mode, by default Chrome will prevent third party local storage while in Incognito Mode. To use Incognito Mode with Cyborg Llama, you will have to modify Chrome's incognito/security settings to allow for third party local storage; however, this should not be necessary as CL does run outside of incognito mode. We are guessing by "broken" authorization system (which is the reason you switched to incognito mode, correct?), you might mean the infinite authorization loop, which is a quirk of the Google Apps Script platform when interacting with a browser with multiple Google Accounts. If you are encountering this problem: you will need to log out of all of your Google Accounts via this link: Logout. The "infinite authorization loop" is also addressed on the troubleshooting page of the website, if you're not sure we're talking about the same thing. If the above doesn't work, could you describe in more detail why you need to use Incognito Mode, and what you mean by "broken" authorization system?
